Intel Serpent Lake SoCs To Feature NVIDIA RTX GPU Tile, Next-Gen P-Core uArch is Copper Shark

A leak says Intel's Serpent Lake SoCs will include an NVIDIA RTX-based GPU tile, marking a first for Intel SoCs.

Serpent Lake is expected to arrive in 2028 or later according to the report.

The leak also names Copper Shark as Intel's next-generation P-Core and Golden Eagle as the next-generation E-Core.

Intel is using a BGA 4326 socket to evaluate Razer Lake-AX SoC samples.
