Despite costs tripling, enterprise ‘Claude Code’ users triple… “Can’t give up cutting-edge performance”

Weave’s analysis of 200+ companies shows Claude Code’s per-user cost rose sharply in the first half of the year, even as active usage tripled.

Some firms switched from tools like Cursor or Copilot to Claude Code, suggesting top performance can still justify higher costs.
