NAVITIME adds a new feature for route search from images

NAVITIME has launched a new Android feature that reads text from images and uses it for route searches.

It can extract place and date information from event posters, social media images, and paper Shinkansen tickets.

The generative AI-powered tool reduces manual entry and input errors, making trip and business travel planning easier.

The feature will be rolled out later to iOS and some other NAVITIME services.
