AMD Ryzen AI Halo Replaces Cloud Servers with 128GB RAM

AMD introduced Ryzen AI Halo, a local AI workstation designed to run models and creative workloads without relying on the cloud.

It combines a Ryzen AI Max Plus 395 chip, 128GB of unified LPDDR5X memory, a Radeon 8060S GPU, and a 50 TOPS NPU.

The system ships with AI tools such as LM Studio, Llama.cpp, and ComfyUI for inference, fine-tuning, image generation, and video work.

A higher-memory Pro495 variant is also planned, underscoring AMD's push for on-device AI computing.
