New Google Security Warning For Android 14, 15 And 16 Users—Update Now

Google released the April 2026 Android Security Bulletin.

CVE-2026-0049 is a critical vulnerability in Android's Framework.

It does not need user interaction to be exploited.

It can cause local denial of service without extra execution privileges.

Android 14, 15, 16 and 16-qpr2 are affected; AOSP includes the fixes.
