Shadow Sprays in Hello Kitty Island Adventure spawn only in the southeastern room of the City Town Sewers.

Players can catch them in several water spots there, making the location easy to target for farming.

They’re used for aquarium display, Fwishing Well releases, and the Taiyaki Trials quest.

The fish is required for a City Town quest tied to unlocking the Taiyaki recipe and completing DLC collection goals.
