MFDS files an appeal in lawsuit seeking to overturn NatureCell’s Joitstem manufacturing approval rejection

The MFDS appealed a Seoul Administrative Court ruling that had overturned its rejection of Joointstem’s manufacturing and sales approval application.

The appeal seeks to reverse the first-instance decision, dismiss the plaintiff’s claim, and assign court costs to the plaintiff.

NatureCell said it will address the case in appellate court with legal counsel, alongside the plaintiff.
