SAS analytics moves closer to Snowflake, Databricks, and Fabric

SAS announced deeper Viya integrations with Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.

The goal is to let SAS models and compute run closer to customer data instead of moving it around.

The strategy builds on SAS’s SingleStore-based SpeedyStore approach and related tools like Data Accelerator and Intelligent Decisioning.

SAS said future product investment will track customer demand and where enterprise data already lives.
