Fujitsu digitizes reserve self-defense force personnel management, improving mobilization and training efficiency, and aiding disaster relief

Fujitsu has launched a digital system for Japan’s reserve Self-Defense Force administration.

Reservists can now book training and complete online learning through a smartphone app.

The defense ministry can centrally track participation and progress, making planning and emergency call-ups easier.

The system reduces manual coordination and is expected to improve readiness for emergencies and disaster relief.
