South Korea and Southeast Asia are the latest regions to get a PS5 price increase

Sony will raise PlayStation 5 prices in South Korea and several Southeast Asian markets starting May 1.

The hikes cover the Digital Edition, Standard Edition, and PS5 Pro, with especially steep increases for the lower-cost model.

This follows earlier PS5 price increases in the US, UK, Europe, and Japan.

The move underscores how inflation, tariffs, and component costs are driving console prices higher across the industry.
