Musk v. Altman: Much ado about nothing

A court dismissed Elon Musk’s lawsuit against OpenAI over its nonprofit-to-profit shift.

The judge ruled the case was filed too late under the statute of limitations.

Because of that, the court did not decide the merits of Musk’s claims.

The broader dispute over OpenAI’s commercialization and Sam Altman remains unresolved.
