We tried Google’s AI glasses and they’re almost there

At Google I/O, Google demoed prototype Android XR smart glasses with an in-lens display.

The glasses use Gemini for audio and visual features like music control, photo capture, AI edits, navigation, translation, and widgets.

Google said future models will work with both iPhone and Android phones.

The prototypes are being developed with Warby Parker, Gentle Monster, and Samsung, signaling a push into consumer smart glasses.
