A billionaire crypto bro will lead humanity to Mars atop Musk’s Starship

SpaceX is reportedly planning a future Starship mission that would send crypto billionaire Chun Wang on a flyby past Mars and back to Earth.

The mission has not been scheduled yet and still depends on Starship clearing additional human-spaceflight tests.

Wang, a former Fram2 commander, would be a high-profile passenger on what could be an early step toward crewed Mars travel.

If it proceeds, the flight would be an important test of SpaceX’s ability to carry people beyond Earth orbit.
