Dynatrace’s new agents can reveal the single hardest part of AI operations

Dynatrace is expanding its Intelligence platform with AI agents for incident triage and remediation, plus a no-code custom agent builder.

The update also adds broader integrations with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, Atlassian, and PagerDuty, along with a refreshed natural-language assistant.

Dynatrace says the system blends agentic AI with deterministic real-time context so teams can shift gradually from human-led to more autonomous operations.
