Nebius plans $10 billion AI data center in Finland near Russian border

Nebius will build a 310 MW AI data center in Lappeenranta, Finland, near the Russian border.

The project is valued at over $10 billion and is under construction by Finnish developer Polarnode.

The facility will train AI models and run AI applications, start phased operations from 2027, and is not tied to a single customer.
