Apple’s Xcode now supports the Claude Agent SDK

Apple released Xcode 26.3 with native integration of the Claude Agent SDK.

The integration brings Claude Code features to Xcode, including subagents, background tasks, plugins, and autonomous goal-driven workflows.

Claude can capture Xcode Previews for visual verification and can analyze a project's full file structure before editing code.

Xcode 26.3 also exposes Claude capabilities via the Model Context Protocol and is available as a release candidate to Apple Developer Program members.
