Rebuilding Morrowind inside Skyrim, huge fan project Skywind now looks like the best way to play

Skywind, the fan remake of Morrowind in Skyrim’s engine, says it has reached major completion milestones.

Most regions, art assets, animations, spells, and music are now substantially complete, based on a new progress video and update.

The volunteer team is still recruiting contributors and says it will not use generative AI.

No release date has been announced yet, but the project continues to move steadily forward.
