Samsung One UI 8.5 is Here: The One Feature That Changes Everything

Samsung launched One UI 8.5 on May 6, 2026, starting in South Korea with a phased rollout to other regions.

The update focuses first on flagship Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Flip 7, and Galaxy Tab S11.

One UI 8.5 adds a redesigned settings screen, vertical sliders, and smoother everyday phone controls.

It also expands Quick Share with support for cross-platform file sharing with Apple AirDrop.
