Father and Son Accused of Kidnapping Government Biologists Who Were Out Studying Frogs

In Northern California, Joseph Charles Henrichsen and his adult son Phoenix Henrichsen are accused of kidnapping two federal biologists at gunpoint while they were studying frog habitat in the forest.
