Gmail's 'Help me write' tool is getting a couple of key upgrades

Gmail’s Help me write now can pull context from Google Drive and match a user’s past email tone.

The upgrades are meant to make AI-written drafts faster, more personal, and less dependent on manual copy-pasting.

Google is also starting to bring AI Inbox to mobile, but it remains in beta for U.S. Google AI Ultra subscribers only.

The changes expand Google’s AI-assisted email tools across more of the Workspace ecosystem.
