How to Relapse in The Outlast Trials

This guide explains how Relapse works in The Outlast Trials’ Level 99 reset system.

Players can return to Level 1 after finishing a trial, while keeping cosmetics and lifetime stats.

Current upgrades are lost, but they receive a Permanent Unlock Token plus cosmetic rewards.

The reset can be triggered at a specific location, and the token is best spent on a hard-to-reacquire AMP upgrade.
