Meta Quest just got closer to being a proper TV replacement

DIRECTV has launched a Meta Quest app that brings live TV to VR headsets.

The app offers 150+ live channels, on-demand content, free MyFree streaming, and paid programming bundles.

It works on Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S, and Quest Pro through the Meta Horizon Store.

The move makes Meta Quest a stronger TV alternative by adding the platform’s first live multichannel TV service.
