Ukrainian anti-drone laser system with 16400-foot engagement range nears deployment

Celebra Tech says its Tryzub anti-drone laser has entered final testing before possible deployment in Ukraine.

The trailer-mounted system is meant to disable small drones at short range and is also being assessed against larger Shahed-type drones.

The company claims engagement distances of up to 5,000 meters, but key technical details remain undisclosed.

If fielded successfully, Tryzub could give Ukraine a faster, lower-cost defense and ease reliance on expensive interceptor missiles.
