ENCell enters botulinum toxin CDMO business…securing a new growth engine

EnCell signed an MOU with DIOB Labs to pursue GMP contract manufacturing of botulinum toxin drug substance.

The company will expand its CDMO business using its existing advanced biologics GMP infrastructure, avoiding major new investment.

This move broadens EnCell beyond cell and gene therapies into the high-value botulinum toxin market.
