Unitree Robotics announced new milestones in its STAR Market IPO, with initial pricing set for August 5 and offline subscription for August 10.

The company plans to issue 40.446434 million shares, or 10% of its post-listing share capital.

Its IPO registration has already taken effect, and the fundraising plan totals 4.202 billion yuan.

Proceeds will mainly go toward robot models, core body R&D, and manufacturing base construction.
