EU slaps China's Temu with 350 billion won fine over DSA violations for failing to prevent illegal products

The European Commission fined Temu €200 million for breaching the Digital Services Act.

EU regulators said Temu’s risk assessment and compliance systems were inadequate, leaving users exposed to illegal products.

Temu called the penalty excessive and must submit an improvement plan by August.
