A huge Borderlands 4 update just slashed downtime and gave every Vault Hunter some love

Gearbox rolled out a major Borderlands 4 1.6 patch with faster boss and event respawns, broader weapon tuning, and balance updates for several Vault Hunters.

The update also reworks enemy traits and improves co-op plus DLC progression, aiming to reduce downtime and make loot runs smoother.

C4SH, Amon, Vex, and other systems got targeted adjustments, with some weapon families like Vladof and Torgue seeing changes as well.

On May 28, the next update will add Ultimate Vault Hunter level 7 and a new raid boss, raising the game’s endgame challenge.
