DIY camera 'reFrame' that can record only one image on e-paper

Google engineer Karoyan Korev has built an e-paper DIY camera called reFrame and published the design on GitHub.

It uses a Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 for capture, a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W for processing, and a 4-inch full-color e-paper display.

About 20 seconds after the shutter, the photo appears, and the latest image remains visible even when the power is off.

By limiting storage to a single image and keeping it always on display, the camera creates a deliberate and memorable shooting experience.
