X, a bastion for hate, says it will reduce hate content in the UK

X told UK regulators it will speed up review of reported hate and terrorist content, aiming to assess most cases within 24 to 48 hours.

The company also pledged to restrict access to accounts linked to illegal terrorist content and work with experts on moderation.

Ofcom will monitor X’s performance quarterly, while other enforcement under the Online Safety Act continues.
