New Trump vaccine order based on "no credible scientific evidence," doctors say

Trump signed an executive order to revisit U.S. childhood and adolescent vaccine recommendations, aiming to align them more closely with Denmark’s approach.

The plan would reduce the number of recommended vaccines, building on earlier efforts backed by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and administration officials.

The American Medical Association said the move lacks credible scientific evidence and could weaken protection against preventable diseases.

Some related vaccine policy efforts have already been challenged in court and temporarily blocked by a federal judge.
