Vivo's X300 Ultra lands in China, makes the Galaxy S26 Ultra look like a joke

Vivo's X300 Ultra has debuted in China after being showcased at MWC 2026; a global launch is planned later this year.

Main camera: 200MP Sony Lytia 901 sensor with OIS and a 35mm focal length.

Telephoto: 200MP 1/1.4-inch tele lens with 85mm focal length, OIS and ISOCELL HP0; two attachable telephoto kits are available.

14mm wide-angle uses a 50MP 1/1.28-inch sensor with OIS; device records Dolby Vision 4K at 120fps with OIS across the focal range.

Hardware: latest Qualcomm chip, 12GB or 16GB RAM, up to 1TB storage, 6,600mAh battery, 6.82-inch OLED at 144Hz; price starts at 6,999 RMB (equivalent of $1,012) in China.
