US lab initiative targets 5x faster engineering with next-gen supercomputing

Rescale won U.S. Department of Energy funding through the Genesis Mission’s Agentic HPC Pipeline Initiative.

It will work with Lawrence Berkeley, Lawrence Livermore, and Oak Ridge national labs to add AI agents to advanced simulation codes.

The goal is to make supercomputing tools easier for industry to use and speed up advanced simulations.

The project could cut time and expertise needs by more than five times, helping U.S. manufacturers and researchers access lab technology faster.
