FBC launches recruitment for public judges for the '2026 Broadcasting Awards'... share expanded to 20%

The Korea Communications Commission is recruiting 12 public jurors for the 2026 Broadcasting Awards.

Any Korean citizen aged 19 or older can apply, and the selected jurors will evaluate the final nominees.

The public jury’s weight in the final decision has been doubled from 10% last year to 20%.

OTT, web, and app content will not be judged by the public jury; those categories will be reviewed separately by a 2030 advisory panel.
