HORIS Secures USD 28 Million Series C Led by China Merchants Capital

Huawei announced at its TECH Cares Forum in Barcelona that it has connected 170 million people in remote areas across more than 80 countries.

The company said this exceeds its 2022 ITU P2C pledge to connect 120 million people by 2025.

Huawei described programs including Skills on Wheels and the RuralCow solution as contributors to the result.

Forum participants including ITU and industry representatives discussed advancing digital inclusion and collaboration in the AI era.
