Update to Galaxy S26 Ultra Privacy Display lets you hide picture-in-picture videos

Samsung’s One UI 9 beta adds a Privacy Display upgrade for the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

Selected apps, including YouTube, now have their picture-in-picture video windows obscured from side angles.

The rest of the home screen remains visible, making the privacy filter more targeted and practical.

The update improves on-device privacy for users viewing sensitive media or using private apps.
