“100 Mega Shock” returns: “NEOGEO AES+” launches in November, with HDMI output

PLAION, with SNK’s support, has announced the NEOGEO AES+, a modern reimagining of the classic NEOGEO home console.

It keeps original cartridge compatibility while adding modern features like HDMI 1080p output.

The device is scheduled to launch on November 12, and preorders are now open.

The revival could tap strong demand from retro gaming fans and NEOGEO enthusiasts, including players of titles like METAL SLUG and KOF'02.
