Meta Connect 2026 confirmed for September, and we're thinking AI and Quest

Meta has set Connect 2026 for September 23-24 at its Menlo Park campus, with an evening keynote and developer sessions planned.

The company says the event will focus on AI, virtual reality, wearables, and its next computing platform.

Meta is also teasing more details on future VR and headset products, potentially including updates to its Quest lineup.

Recent AI efforts such as Muse Spark suggest Meta is broadening its AI ambitions ahead of the event.
