Meta wants an AI agent to do Instagram shopping for you and pull the whole agent stunt

Meta is reportedly developing a more advanced agentic AI assistant that can handle multi-step tasks for users.

A key use case is an Instagram shopping assistant, signaling Meta’s move from chatbots toward task-performing AI inside its apps.

The effort is tied to a new model called Muse Spark and a project codenamed Hatch.

Meta also tried to accelerate its strategy by acquiring Manus, but Chinese regulators blocked the deal.
