Mario Kart World Has Been Updated To Version 1.6.0, Here Are The Full Patch Notes

Mario Kart World was updated to version 1.6.0.

Added Bob-omb Blast to Battle mode — up to 10 Bob-ombs can be carried; throw distance depends on L Button hold time.

Bullet Bill performance adjusted: increased lateral movement range, easier to follow shortcuts after use, and increased speed on Bowser's Castle, Starview Peak, and Rainbow Road.

Boomerang range and consecutive throws reduced; item box item probabilities adjusted; Bob-ombs and Bananas no longer bounce on Ivy Piranha Plants' vines.

Invincibility after spinning or crashing now varies by character and vehicle (heavier weight = longer); you won't be crushed by obstacles like Thwomps while spinning/crashing, but lightning and Spiny Shells can hit immediately after being crushed by such obstacles.
