Salesforce launched Agentforce Operations, an AI system for back-office automation that can understand business logic, security, roles, and data to build and adjust workflows.

The product builds on Salesforce’s Regrello acquisition and offers templates to help teams get started faster.

A beta for Flow and data sync features is planned for May.

The move expands AI into internal operations, making human oversight, security, and compliance design more important.
