Google makes "NotebookLM" available in Workspace Studio

Google has integrated NotebookLM into Workspace Studio, adding an “Ask NotebookLM” step for automation workflows.

The new step lets agents query notebooks for insights, summaries, and research-based answers.

It is enabled by default for admins who allow Gemini for Google Workspace and is available to users on supported plans.

The update gives Workspace automations a richer knowledge source for more useful, grounded AI responses.
