Samsung ‘Preparing’ New Camera Boost For Millions Of Galaxy Phones

Samsung says it is working to bring the Galaxy S26’s Horizontal Lock camera stabilization to more Galaxy devices.

The feature could arrive through a future One UI 8.5 update, but Samsung has not shared a release date or model list.

If expanded beyond the newest phones, older Galaxy owners could get steadier handheld video without extra gear.

For now, support appears uncertain and may be limited to newer models such as the Galaxy S24 or S23 line.
