League of Legends Season 2 finally makes Arena the star, and it's the most exciting update in ages

Riot unveiled League of Legends Season 2 updates, including a shorter season, battle pass changes, and a rework of role quests.

The season also adds purchasable seasonal skins and WASD controls in Ranked, which could change how players queue and play.

Arena is getting the biggest overhaul, with a new Demacia map called Petricite Grove and bomb-focused mechanics.
