Bakuraku to launch a new service this summer to support contract workflow automation, also handling judgments under the new lease accounting standards applicable from fiscal 2027 onward

LayerX announced a summer launch for Bakuraku Contract Management, an AI-agent service for contract drafting, review, search, and post-signature management.

The new service will also help determine and extract required checks for the new lease accounting standards taking effect from April 2027.

It will integrate more closely with existing Bakuraku products to streamline contract-related workflows.

The goal is to automate contract operations, reduce compliance burdens, and improve back-office efficiency while cutting errors.
