July 2026 global desktop browser rankings: Google Chrome 70.58%, Microsoft Edge 11.15%, Firefox 6.51% - IT Home

Statcounter’s July 2026 report shows Chrome still leading the global desktop browser market with a 70.58% share.

On desktop, Edge and Firefox ranked second and third, with Edge continuing to gain ground.

In China’s desktop market, Chrome remained first but with a much smaller share than globally, while Edge and 360 Safe Browser increased.

On mobile, Chrome and Safari led both the global and Chinese markets.
