Android Auto’s next feature wants to turn your car into an office

Google confirmed a version of Google Meet for Android Auto is coming soon via its Workspace Updates site.

Google has already started rolling out limited Google Meet support for Apple CarPlay and expects completion in days.

The CarPlay Meet limits include no video display and no camera, but allow audio and microphone use, and Android Auto will likely match those restrictions.

Meet on car platforms can show upcoming schedules and will likely be available to Workspace, Workspace Individual, and personal Google accounts.
