AI data centers drive Nvidia to record revenue

Nvidia posted $81.6 billion in first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue, up 85% year over year, driven by about $75 billion from data centers.

The company guided to about $91 billion for the next quarter and said Blackwell production is ramping up.

CEO Jensen Huang said AI infrastructure demand from hyperscalers is still strong as cloud spending continues to surge.

Nvidia warned that U.S. export restrictions on China cut about $2.5 billion from last quarter’s revenue and could trim another $8 billion this quarter.
