The Mansell family says they were blocked from recovering the collection, while a YouTuber helped spread the accusations and trigger heavy review bombing.

Bricks & Minifigs denies wrongdoing, saying the consignment was unauthorized, some items were already sold, and parts of the collection were not in the store when it took over.
