Naver to reveal Place ratings from July... introduces 'on/off' feature for business owners

Naver will start showing cumulative average star ratings and individual review ratings on Place from July 9.

The ratings will be calculated using past data before Oct. 2021 plus newly collected data this year.

Business owners will be able to choose whether to display the ratings with an on/off setting.

Naver is also tightening anti-abuse rules, including limiting review edits to within three months, and plans to redesign the review tab later this year.
