The contract runs from July 28, 2026 to February 28, 2027, with payments split 10% deposit, 80% mid-payment, and 10% final payment.

The counterparty is not a related party, and key details were withheld at the customer’s request for confidentiality.

The deal confirms overseas orders in China and is sizable enough to affect Gigavis’s revenue and order trends.
